James Stone is a Sergeant with the Great Lakes Indian Fish and Wildlife Commission. He has 25 years of experience in Law Enforcement. He graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College in Eau Claire, WI with and Associates Degree in Criminal Justice.
Stone is a member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa and resides on the reservation. He has three children. In his spare time, he enjoys just being with his family. He also loves traveling, hunting, riding his side by side, cookouts and camping. He has been the Fire Chief for the Bad River Tribe for the past ten years and proudly served the department for the past 30 years.
