Olivia Gower

Originally from southern Oregon, Olivia graduated from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., with a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and a minor in Political Science. 

Gower discovered northern Wisconsin through her dual internship role with GLIFWC’s Division of Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Information Office in 2023. She enjoyed the work and area so much she found a home in Ashland, Wis. and accepted her now full time position in the Division of Intergovernmental Affairs. 

 "I have always been passionate about the ways that laws/policies and culture tie together and impact each other, and this position allows me to dive into that passion in an incredibly meaningful and impactful way."
