QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Juris Doctor or master’s degree in public policy, environmental sciences or related field. Bachelor’s degree in public policy or environmental sciences with equivalent experience in Clean Water Act processes will be considered.
2. Familiarity with the Clean Water Act and Water Quality Standards development and 
review processes.
3. Familiarity with Indigenous communities, tribal organizations, natural resources,
environmental education, or public outreach program
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to effectively track and engage in multiple initiatives.
6. Experience with governmental agencies.
